I’m going to try to lose weight fast
So you’re probably asking yourself what I’m up to talking about losing weight fast. Well, the other day I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb two flights of stairs, and it did me in. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating, huffing and puffing, my face was red, and I felt terrible. I excused myself and went into the bathroom to splash some cool water in my face, and looked up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I have to lose weight and fast.
On some level, I’m starting to feel like I’m becoming my dad. He was a hugely obese man, with a great sense of humor and a devout, good-natured approach to life. But I tell you, he was huge. And lately I’m becoming big also. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I really really really want to avoid reaching 300 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s not really any way of going back.
So I’ve been doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight fast naturally. My wife wants to join me, saying that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which I think will make it a lot easier to stick to whichever diet plan we decide on. There’s an awful lot of contradictory weight loss tips out there
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how well the plan to lose weight is going for us. I realize weight loss will not be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I’m concerned, so I’ll be trying hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
